Individual Therapy
Ages 12 and up**
**OYN counseling follows Colorado revised statute (CRS 12-245-203.5) which notes age of consent for behavioral health treatment in Colorado is anyone age 12 and up. This will impact confidentiality and information shared for any individuals ages 12-18.

For out of state individuals the age is 13 and up.
Behavior Management Strategies
Behavior Management is an approach I teach to parents seeking support to address ineffective behavior in children. Behaviors can include anger, phobias, sleep issues, and poor interpersonal skills. This is utilized for individuals deemed inappropriate for individual process-oriented therapy which may include young children and those impacted by intellectual/developmental deficits.
