I am primarily an out-of-network (OON) provider for insurance companies, which means I do not bill health insurance companies directly and your services and treatment are only between

I am paneled with the following insurances in the state of Colorado:

*If you have one of these insurances, please let me know when you reach out so we can discuss this during our consultation call.

For all others, services are provided on a self-pay basis. I will provide an invoice for every services for your records and I can assist you with learning more about your out-of-network benefits and provide superbills to submit to insurance for reimbursement. 

Many health insurance plans reimburse 50-80% of session fees with out-of-network therapists.

Rates:

Initial Diagnostic Session (60 min): $200

Standard Session: $200 (50 min)​​

Payment:

Payment is due at the time of the session. As a private pay client, you have the option of making payment by credit or debit card. ​

**Please note: I require payment information be provided and stored in your secure client portal prior to our first session for the purpose of automatic payment at the end of each session.**

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend a session, please contact me as soon as possible during normal business hours. All appointments canceled less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time will be billed at the full office visit fee.  Click here for more details.
